By using StoryLedger.net, you agree to these terms governing your use of the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

StoryLedger.net provides AI co-pilot services for long-form creative writing. Your access and use of the service are conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms.

2. User Accounts and Licenses

Ultra Plan (Paid)

The Ultra plan grants a Single User License with priority access to advanced reasoning models and extended context windows.

Studio Plan (Paid)

The Studio plan grants a Single User License. Sharing credentials may result in suspension.

Pilot Plan (Free)

Limited to one project and a 10,000-word generation cap for evaluation purposes.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Content Ownership: You retain all rights and ownership of your Creative Data (Screenplay Content, Mandate, Characters).
  • License to Us: You grant us a limited license only to operate the service (e.g., retrieving memory for the Agent).

4. Subscription, Billing, and Refunds

  • Payment: Processed securely via Stripe. Fees are prepaid and non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to generate illegal or harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found in violation.
